Aeternal Roses

In this week's nature share, I am wearing some roses and herbs from my mother's garden in my hair. Amalia and I had fun picking these roses and herbs and then doing a smelling test to see if we could guess the smells of thyme, rosemary, spearmint and roses. I grew up in Jamaica in the 1970s and my whole world was about herbs, flowers, and trees. When my mind gets too ahead of my heart, it grounds me to come back to nature and the present moment.
