Aeternal Plums

At last week's JBOLC Farmer's Market, we celebrated our interdependence with free bike repairs, pizza making, music and dance. At some point in the celebration, my neighbor and his son came up to me. Their hands were out and their faces were radiating pure joy. Another neighbor had shown them where to find plums on a tree on Moshulu Parkway. Yes, the plums were so juicy and sweet.
